Michael Gebhard                                         Senior Vice President / Wealth Management

Michael joined Janney in 2002 as a Financial Advisor and a partner with his father. Through the partnership, Michael obtained the knowledge from his 40+ years of experience. His investment philosophy is built around providing comprehensive financial advice through understanding his clients' resources and needs far beyond their investable assets. As First Vice President/ Wealth Management, his commitment to his clients is based on respect, trust and most importantly integrity. While managing assets of over $250 million, his team of financial planners and he develop customized investment strategies for our clients utilizing an appropriate mix of long-term capital appreciation and income components.

As a registered investment advisor, he holds his FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses as well as Life and Health Licenses. He is a graduate of Charleston Southern University where he received a degree in Business and a minor in Economics.



Sally Pettinato
Sr. Private Client Assistant 

In 2004, Sally Pettinato joined the Gebhard office as Sr. Private Client Assistant.  Prior to joining the Janney Financial world, she spent 19 years as a Law Firm Bookkeeper & Office Manager.  It was a smooth transition due to her lifetime interest of the Stock market.  Her legal background and daily communication make her a fitting intermediary for our clients.

Sally has a serious interest in our environment, adores the beach and living along the coastline. She is red, white & blue to the core.  Her family includes a wonderful daughter, dear son-in-law and toddler granddaughter.



Andrew Gartland                

Account Executive

Andrew joined Janney in 2016 and serves as an Account Executive in the New York Office. He earned his BA in Economics from the University of Colorado-Boulder. As a member of the Gebhard Wealth Management Group, Andrew works with clients on developing a customized investment strategy built to achieve their financial goals, providing clients with asset allocation analysis, retirement income planning, education planning along with tax and estate planning in conjunction with clients' tax and legal advisors.

Before joining Janney, Andrew worked as a Financial Planner in Colorado since 2013. There, he worked extensively with physicians and high net-worth individuals on providing financial advice that best fits his clients' needs

As a registered investment advisor, he holds his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder where he received a degree in Economics and is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning where he received a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor certification. When he's not in the office, Andrew is usually playing basketball, golf, hiking, skiing or taking an active role in the community coaching youth basketball.


We are also supported by a team of wealth management professionals and investment strategists working out of Janney's corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. Their exceptional depth and breadth of experience in the areas of comprehensive financial planning, portfolio management, and asset protection, allow for the level of highly specialized financial management you expect.


Mark Luschini
Chief investment strategist

Mark is Janney's Chief Investment Strategist, Mark is responsible for establishing the firm's broad outlook relating to conditions in the capital markets and the economy and to develop investment strategies best suited to satisfy the goals and objectives of individual and institutional clients. He also establishes the firm's asset allocation models used for portfolio construction and financial planning. Additionally, Mark directs Parker/Hunter Asset Management, the firm's discretionary investment management division. Mr. Luschini has spent more than twenty five years in the investment industry interfacing with both current and prospective clients. He utilizes that experience to speak on topics related to investment planning and asset management at seminars and conferences. His comments and articles have been circulated in numerous publications and he has appeared in various media outlets. He is a Trustee for Janney's Pension & Profit Sharing Plan.



Chris Haidinger, CFP®
First Vice President, Director Financial Planning

Chris serves as First Vice President and Director of Janney's High Net Worth Planning Group, part of the Firm's Wealth Planning Department. Chris has been associated with Janney for over 23 years, creating investment and tax planning strategies for private and institutional clients, businesses and credit unions in an effort to maximize the productivity of their assets. As part of his responsibilities, he provides technical expertise and formulates financial plans describing financial, tax, investment and estate planning strategies for Financial Consultants and clients of the Firm. Chris is currently a member in good standing with International Board of Standards and Practices for Certified Financial Planners™, the Delaware Valley Society of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners™ and the International Association of Certified Financial Planners™. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Susquehanna University, and is a graduate of the SII (Securities Industry Institute) Program at the Wharton School of Business.



Guy LeBas, CFA®
Chief Fixed Income Strategist

Guy joined Janney in 2006 and is the Firm's Chief Fixed Income Strategist. In this role, he works closely with Financial Consultants in providing customized investment strategies for a range of institutional and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Mr. LeBas authors in-depth economic and bond market periodicals and provides relative value recommendations across the fixed income spectrum. Named among Bloomberg's Best Bond Forecasters in multiple categories in the recently released third quarter 2010 rankings, Mr. LeBas was ranked seventh in both the 2-year treasuries and 3-month Libor categories, based on the accuracy of predictions made over the past 15 quarters beginning in 2007. Mr. LeBas is one of a select group of forecasters to be recognized for his performance in multiple categories. He received his education from Swarthmore College and is a CFA Charterholder
